Document Controller

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain document control procedures and guidelines.
  • Receive, review, and organize incoming documents.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of documents before distribution.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather and organize documentation.
  • Maintain a secure and organized document filing system.
  • Track revisions and updates to documents and ensure version control.
  • Provide training to team members on document control procedures.
  • Generate regular reports on document control metrics.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with document control software and systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in document management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
